About the Founder— 
Meet Natalie

For years, I did everything “right” to feel better—I exercised, ate well, and pushed through stress. But no matter how much effort I put in, my body still felt tense, exhausted, inflamed, and out of sync

I struggled with gut issues, cystic acne, restless sleep, hair loss, anxiety, and chronic tension, yet doctors told me I was "fine." I started to wonder if I’d always feel this way, trapped in a body that wouldn’t cooperate.

Everything changed when I discovered somatic healing and nervous system regulation. Instead of trying to force my body into relaxation, I learned how to listen to it, work with it, and release the stress and tension I had unknowingly carried for years.

Now, as a certified holistic, nervous system, and somatic practitioner, I’ve made it my mission to help others who feel disconnected, overwhelmed, or stuck in cycles of stress. Soma isn’t just about movement - it’s about feeling safe, connected, and at home in your body again.
